6 private 1:1 coaching calls (60 minutes)
One deep-dive call every two weeks.
We use these for identity calibration, presence resets, communication rewrites, and high-stakes prep.
Weekly asynchronous coaching (voice notes / messages)
You can send short voice notes or messages between sessions:
– draft messages for senior stakeholders
– “I have something to say in this upcoming meeting – how do I frame it?”
– “This didn’t go well – help me debrief and reset.”
I reply with practical, targeted coaching so you’re supported in real time.

About Me
Hi, I’m Madeline, a former Hollywood entertainment attorney turned leadership and presence coach.
I spent a decade working in the U.S. on high-pressure global projects before shifting into executive communication, and leadership development. Since then, I’ve coached clients at Apple, Google, Bayer, Niantic, Waymo, and fast-growing AI, engineering, and product teams in the U.S., Australia, and Europe.
My work combines nervous-system regulation, identity alignment, and influence skills so that brilliant technical women can show up with the clarity, presence, and authority their work deserves.
I don’t teach superficial performance or bro-style power scripts.
I teach the grounded, strategic presence that actually lands in senior rooms.
I created Presence to Power because I’ve seen what happens when identity gets crushed under pressure, politics, and pace, with no real guidance to rebuild it.
